Our workplace is diverse, inclusive, and deeply committed to competence and professionalism. **Which position is BP hiring for?** We are currently recruiting for a Lawyer position. **Responsibilities and Duties** **Your daily routine as a Lawyer on the BP team?** Nationwide litigation practice, including: * Managing the centralizer’s schedule (RES, ED, REXT, and Internal AI); * Liaising with banks for discussions and alignment; * Updating and monitoring information on the bank’s portal; * Managing the centralizer’s appeal schedule until actual filing or dismissal; * Researching case law from state courts of justice (TJS) **Requirements and Qualifications** **What do you need to join us?** * Completed undergraduate degree in Law; * Active registration with the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB); * Experience in Banking Law; * Knowledge of Civil Procedure; * Familiarity with appeals: RESP, REXT, ED, and Internal AI; * Experience handling high-volume operations (preferred); * Teamwork skills; * Ability to manage high workloads; * Practical experience and system access to TJS, STJ, and STF platforms; **Additional Information** **Requirements and Qualifications:** Fixed salary; Meal allowance of $31.00 per working day; Transportation allowance; Career development plan; Multi-benefit card; Life insurance; SESC membership; University partnerships; Corporate university; A relaxing day off—"***Day Off***" on your birthday; "Just dress no code"—be yourself! ***For your health:*** Dental plan; Gympass/Wellhub; Psychological support; On-site medical assistance available at our units if needed.
