Come be Fort, come be Fortbras! **Responsibilities and duties** * Conduct **quality assurance analyses** on inventory processes, products, and services, ensuring compliance with established standards and regulations. * Develop, review, and maintain **work instructions and operational procedures**, promoting standardization and continuous improvement. * Participate in the **identification and implementation of corrective and preventive actions** related to warranty non-conformities. * Support the **monitoring of quality and warranty performance indicators**, contributing to reducing failures and increasing efficiency. * Collaborate with other departments in the **investigation of technical issues**, proposing solutions aligned with company policies. **Requirements and qualifications** * High school diploma; * Experience with area routines.
