If you are organized, detail-oriented, and enjoy working in logistics and fiscal processes, this opportunity may be for you. ### **Your daily mission:** * Issue and verify outgoing invoices (CFOP, NCM, taxes, transportation data, etc.); * Ensure compliance among purchase orders, billing, fiscal records, and shipping documentation; * Perform material sorting for shipment; * Monitor shipments and delivery deadlines with carriers; * Coordinate material pickups with suppliers and carriers; * Support inventory counts and operational controls; * Validate transportation documents; * Handle logistical incidents. ### **What we seek:** * Completed high school education (technical or higher education in Logistics or related fields preferred); * Experience in shipping/logistics routines, especially fiscal verification; * Knowledge of NF\-e issuance (goods and services); * Familiarity with fiscal documents and transportation processes; * Knowledge of **TOTVS Datasul** will be considered a plus; * **Forklift operation (mandatory)**. ### **Why join Mersen?** * Work for a solid and innovative multinational company; * Dynamic environment with continuous learning opportunities; * Culture that values collaboration, safety, and professional development.
