If you are passionate about cooking, possess industrial kitchen skills, and are ready to handle high-volume production, this opportunity is for you! * **Responsibilities:** * Prepare and execute collective meals in our Industrial Kitchen, ensuring quality and flavor in every dish; * Manage food inventory and ensure compliance with hygiene and food safety standards; * Collaborate with the team to develop and improve menus, considering customer preferences and dietary restrictions; * Ensure cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and utensils used in food preparation; * Comply with internal procedures and standards established by the company. **Requirements:** * Prior experience in preparing collective meals in Industrial Kitchens, verified through references and/or work record book; * Knowledge and proficiency in culinary techniques, with emphasis on large-volume food preparation; * Technical training in Gastronomy or related courses will be considered an advantage; * Ability to work in a team and under pressure while maintaining dish quality and standards; * Knowledge of hygiene and food safety regulations; * Availability to work afternoon or night shifts, according to the established schedule. **We Offer:** * Medical Assistance – (after probation period) * Dental Assistance \- (after probation period) * Group Life Insurance * On-site Meals * Transportation Allowance as per CLT * Basic Food Basket * Pharmacy Benefit Plan * Birthday Day Off Please apply if interested in this opportunity; kindly attach your resume to the application.
