Job Summary: The professional will test and adjust equipment, inspect quality, package galvanic baths, control cylinder dimensions, and perform polishing and chrome plating. Key Highlights: 1. Join us! **Responsibilities:** * Test and adjust equipment, including setting date codes, expiry dates, batch numbers, and other parameters; conduct visual inspection throughout the entire process; * Verify operational results against required quality and productivity standards, while maintaining equipment in good working condition; * Package galvanic baths for receiving cylinders to be copper-plated or chrome-plated, adjusting the required anode/hour ratio to achieve the desired copper layer; * Control dimensions of galvanized cylinders and assemble cylinder sets according to the number of colors to be used, complying with procedures; * Polish cylinders after copper plating to eliminate porosity, and chrome plate cylinders after engraving to increase resistance to blade friction during the printing process. **Requirements:** * Prior experience in the flexible packaging industry; * Experience with Windmoller and Rotomac machines is considered a plus; * Availability to work in Cabreúva/SP; * Availability for a 3x3 shift schedule, either from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM or from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM. **We Offer:** * Competitive market-based salary; * Bonus Card; * Commuter bus and/or transportation allowance (VT); * On-site meals; * Medical assistance; * Dental assistance; * Food basket; * Profit-sharing program (PLR); * Commercial partnerships – educational institutions, pharmacies, leisure services, etc. Employment Type: Direct Hire (CLT) Compensation: R$4\.000,00 \- R$6\.000,00 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Company mobile phone * Food basket * Partnership agreements and commercial discounts * Free parking * Profit-sharing * Meal allowance (Vale\-refeição) * Transportation allowance (Vale\-transporte) Work Location: On-site
