Every contribution strengthens our purpose of caring for people. **Join our team!** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Development and management of managerial indicators for the area; * Effective management of all logistical operations, including evaluation and implementation of improvement proposals; * Development of preventive and corrective actions to promote continuous improvement of logistical activities; * Implementation, monitoring, and ensuring execution of departmental management indicators — KPIs; * Management of a business unit, including goal setting, results-based performance, risk assessment, and continuous improvement initiatives. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed undergraduate degree in Technology or related fields; * Experience in the healthcare sector is desirable; * Experience with ERP management software; * Familiarity with the MV system is desirable; * Intermediate/advanced knowledge of SQL — SQL Server and Oracle; * Knowledge of system integration development is desirable; * Structured and object-oriented analysis; * Proficiency in Visual Studio — C#.NET; * Process and requirements mapping. **Additional Information** **Working Hours:** * Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM. **Work Location:** * Sorocaba Regional Hospital — Adib Domingos Jatene **Benefits:** * Transportation Allowance; * Food Allowance; * Meal Voucher; * Health Insurance; * Private Pension Plan; * Life Insurance.
