We are looking for an **Engineering Analyst** to provide technical and administrative support on construction sites, contributing to information organization, reliability, and process efficiency. This position will play a fundamental role in supporting site monitoring routines, cost controls, measurements, projects, and reporting—ensuring sustainability amid increasing project volume. Join our team and transform with us! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Support site monitoring and control by analyzing ongoing activities, site diaries, and workforce tracking; * Assist in monitoring actual vs. budgeted vs. contracted performance; * Analyze and verify contractor and service provider measurements; * Verify quantities of services and materials; * Support project control, including reviews, coordination, and releases in Autodoc; * Assist in managing project pending items; * Support tracking of non-conformities and action plans (quality management); * Organize information for periodic reports; * Ensure organization, standardization, and traceability of site information. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture (with field experience); * Experience in civil construction projects or project management; * Knowledge of reading and interpreting technical drawings; * Familiarity with cost control and measurement practices; * Basic Excel proficiency; * Knowledge of AutoCAD; * Ability to organize technical data and documents; * Monitoring of KPIs (schedule, cost, and physical progress).
