We currently have an opening to work at one of our innovation centers, CEDEPS (Center for Product and Systems Development), which focuses on research, development, and innovation of telecommunications equipment and systems. It is also specialized in the design, development, and implementation of hardware, firmware, software, and mechanical components. **Responsibilities and duties** 1\-Understand project requirements through meetings with clients to prepare requirement specifications / project scopes. 2\-Support management in developing project proposals by defining scopes and estimating required efforts and materials for project development. 3\-Develop programs for embedded, microcontroller-based, and medium- or low-complexity human-machine interface systems, based on specifications and requirements gathered from clients. 4\-Design electronic systems, create electrical schematics, and develop medium- to low-complexity printed circuit board layouts, using information received from management, to deliver projects promptly and accurately. 5\-Carry out the manufacturing process for electronic projects through alignment meetings and discussions to avoid rework. 6\-Generate and maintain project documentation in accordance with the PMO department’s methodology to prevent issues during project execution. 7\-Participate in project progress meetings with clients, scheduled to ensure better process understanding and high-quality delivery. 8\-Guide the hardware project team in specifying projects involving firmware, through alignment discussions, to ensure high-quality and accurate project delivery. **Requirements and qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree or technical course in fields related to Hardware, Firmware, or Automation (final phase — or completed); * Proficiency in reading and writing English; * Expertise/knowledge in Automation and Firmware development; * Technical knowledge related to systems and technologies applied in this field. **Additional information** Basic food basket \+ 2 full UniFacens scholarships (1 undergraduate and 1 postgraduate) \+ life insurance \+ transportation allowance \+ health plan \+ dental care \+ birthday leave \+ Gympass \+ Personal Support Program Personal Support Program UNIFACENS is a Smart Campus — an innovative, patented concept of an intelligent campus.
