We are looking for a professional to work as an **Electromechanical Technician** in **Vila Gatti, Itu/SP – 100% On-site**. **Main Responsibilities**: * Regularly inspect site facilities to identify potential maintenance and operational issues, especially in mission-critical environments; * Assess non-conformities based on checklists, reporting to immediate supervisors and ensuring prompt resolution to avoid risks to operational continuity; * Conduct entry and exit inspections of facilities and equipment to ensure proper functionality; interpret electrical and mechanical diagrams to ensure accurate execution of maintenance services on systems that cannot experience interruptions; * Monitor and carry out preventive and corrective maintenance on electrical, mechanical, and automation systems; * Perform tasks such as panel cleaning, tightening, thermography, tray cleaning, drain and grille cleaning, and component replacement; * Conduct electrical and mechanical measurements (current, voltage, temperature, pressure, among others) for diagnostics and operational adjustments, focusing on maintaining continuous operation in critical environments; * Supervise and oversee service providers’ activities, ensuring quality and adherence to established timelines; * Monitor appropriate use of materials and components, avoiding waste and optimizing replacements; * Document all performed activities, completing technical reports and keeping the activity history updated; * Ensure proper use of PPE and collective protective equipment (CPE) in all activities, safeguarding team safety; * Respond promptly to work orders, resolving failures and minimizing operational impact, prioritizing incidents affecting mission-critical systems. **Requirements**: * Technical education in Electromechanics, Electrotechnics, Industrial Automation, Mechatronics, Industrial Maintenance, Industrial Mechanics, or related fields; * Experience in electromechanical maintenance, preferably in mission-critical environments; * Experience reading and interpreting electrical and mechanical technical drawings; * Ongoing undergraduate studies in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, Control and Automation Engineering, or Mechatronics Engineering (preferred). **What We Offer?** * Meal Allowance; * Food Allowance; * Transportation Allowance; * Medical and Dental Assistance; * Life Insurance; * Wellhub; * Discounts on Courses and Universities; * Funeral Assistance; * Payroll-Deductible Loan (Itaú); * Psychological Support Program; * IVI – Emotional Care Platform; * Daycare Assistance (for mothers); * Newborn Assistance; * Monthly Health and Wellness Calendar; * Social Action Committee; * Diversity Agenda (in-person meetings, webinars, and diversity groups); * 3,000 LinkedIn Learning Courses Available; * Career Development Opportunities.
