We are seeking an Engineering Manager with solid experience in technical leadership and deep expertise in the design, development, and optimization of industrial equipment. The professional will be responsible for creating and improving solutions such as Rotary Dryers, Granulators, Coolers, and other essential equipment for fertilizer plants, as well as applications in mining, food processing, chemical, and petrochemical industries. This is a strategic role responsible for driving innovation, ensuring technical excellence, and guaranteeing the competitiveness and efficiency of products delivered to customers. **Main Responsibilities** * Lead and develop the engineering team, promoting innovation and high performance. * Supervise the entire product development cycle, from concept to manufacturing and assembly support. * Design and optimize industrial equipment (Rotary Dryers, Granulators, Coolers, and similar), ensuring performance and reliability across multiple industrial sectors. * Ensure compliance with national and international technical standards and codes. * Provide technical support to Sales, Proposal, and customer teams, contributing to customized solutions. * Collaborate with R&D to incorporate new technologies and process improvements. * Manage departmental budgets, schedules, and priorities. * Act as a technical reference in meetings with customers and suppliers. * Implement and enhance engineering methodologies and tools to increase efficiency and quality. **Technical and Educational Requirements** **Education** Bachelor's degree in **Mechanical Engineering**.
