Job Summary:
Roller compactor operator for earthmoving and paving, responsible for equipment operation, maintenance, and safety, as well as interpretation of engineering drawings.

#### **Responsibilities**
* Operate roller compactors during various phases of earthmoving, paving, and soil compaction projects.
* Compact different types of soil, asphalt, and granular materials according to project technical specifications.
* Check and maintain equipment oil, water, and fuel levels, reporting anomalies or maintenance requirements.
* Ensure operational safety by using personal protective equipment (PPE) and adhering to occupational safety regulations.
* Interpret plans and drawings to determine areas requiring compaction and necessary compaction levels.
* Coordinate with field teams to optimize workflow and ensure compaction efficiency.
* Keep equipment clean and in good working condition, performing minor repairs and adjustments as needed.
#### **Requirements**
* Proven experience (minimum 2 years) operating vibratory and static roller compactors.
* Valid Brazilian National Driver's License (CNH), category D or higher, with EAR (Exercises Remunerated Activity) endorsement.
* Solid knowledge of soil, asphalt, and aggregate compaction techniques.
* Familiarity with reading and interpreting civil engineering and basic topographic drawings.
* Heavy machinery operator training course, with specific certification for roller compactors.
* Knowledge of safety standards for heavy machinery operation and first aid.
* Availability to work at various construction sites and flexible hours, including weekends.
