




Job Summary: Support slaughterhouse production line activities, ensuring proper processing, handling, and organization of products in compliance with quality and safety standards. Operation of simple equipment and visual quality control. Perform support activities on the slaughterhouse production line, ensuring correct processing, handling, packaging, and organization of products, strictly adhering to quality, hygiene, food safety, and occupational safety standards. **Main Responsibilities** * Assist in slaughterhouse production process stages as assigned by department (e.g., slaughtering, cutting, deboning, packaging, freezing, dispatch, etc.); * Handle meat and products according to established standards; * Operate simple production equipment, complying with safety regulations; * Perform product weighing, sorting, packaging, and labeling; * Maintain a clean, organized, and hygienic workplace; * Strictly comply with personal hygiene standards, use of PPE, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP); * Assist in visual quality control of products; * Support loading and unloading of goods when required; * Follow standard operating procedures and leadership instructions.
