ABB is looking for a **Senior Project Engineering Analyst** to join our **Process Industries** team in Brazil. If you have **solid experience in complex automation and industrial process control projects**, are ready to lead **challenges in mining-focused projects**, and reside in **São Paulo, Sorocaba, Parauapebas, or Belo Horizonte (or nearby regions)**, this opportunity is for you! **Responsibilities** * Act as technical authority in high-complexity industrial automation projects, ensuring compliance with international standards and best practices. * Configure and validate continuous and batch process control systems using PLC, DCS, and SCADA, including advanced analysis of ISA 5x documentation and tuning of critical control loops. * Develop robust architectures for industrial networks (FF, Profibus, EtherNet/IP, Profinet, Modbus RTU, TCP, and OPC UA) and ensure secure integration between systems. * Lead technical reviews, support multidisciplinary teams, and propose innovative solutions for process optimization. * Ensure adherence to cybersecurity and quality policies across all projects. **Requirements** * Education: Electrical Engineering, Automation and Control Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or Technologist in Industrial Control and Processes. * **Solid experience** in automation projects and process control strategies in Mining. * Advanced skills in configuring controllers in DCS for continuous and batch processes. * Advanced English (required). * Availability for frequent and constant travel. * **Residence in São Paulo, Sorocaba, Parauapebas, or Belo Horizonte (or nearby regions)**. **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience leading technical aspects of complex projects. * Certifications in industrial automation and cybersecurity. * Advanced knowledge in SCADA system integration and industrial networks. * Functional Safety Engineer and Functional Safety Professional certifications. **What We Offer** * Be part of a global company involved in high-impact industrial projects. * Collaborative and continuously learning environment, with access to training and advanced technologies. * Opportunities for development in a solid technical career, with potential for growth within the organization. **About ABB's Process Industries Division** ABB’s **Process Industries** division is a global reference in automation and digitalization solutions for process industries.
