Assist in server and network service administration **Job Summary** We are looking for a proactive and solution-focused **Infrastructure Technician** to join our IT team. You will be responsible for ensuring the full functionality of our equipment, networks, and servers; delivering excellent technical support to our employees; and ensuring the security and integrity of our data. **Main Responsibilities** * Install, configure, and maintain hardware (desktops, laptops, printers) and software. * Monitor and administer local networks (LAN, WLAN) and internet connections, ensuring stability and security. * Provide technical support (Level 1 and Level 2\) to on-site and remote users, resolving tickets via the Help Desk system. * Assist in administering servers (Windows Server / Linux) and network services (Active Directory, DNS, DHCP). * Perform and monitor data backup and restore routines. * Manage IT equipment inventory and software license tracking. * Create and maintain up-to-date technical documentation for infrastructure procedures. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed technical education or currently enrolled in/completed higher education in Computer Networks, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related fields. * Proven prior experience in technical support and IT infrastructure operations. * Solid knowledge of operating systems (Windows 10/11 and familiarity with Windows Server/Linux). * Practical knowledge of computer networking (TCP/IP, structured cabling, routers, switches, and Wi\-Fi). * Strong communication skills, patience, and teaching ability for user support. * Ability to quickly diagnose and resolve issues (troubleshooting).
