**Responsibilities and Duties*** Evaluate long-term maintenance planning—Strategic Maintenance Planning.
* Develop, review, and keep updated the 52-week maintenance map according to maintenance strategies;
* Develop monthly maintenance plans, assessing required vs. available resources (materials, labor, special tools, auxiliary equipment, and costs);
* Maintain up-to-date equipment registers and maintenance plans, defining and adapting them for maintenance execution—including standard task durations, required resources, and auxiliary tools/equipment when necessary.
* Consolidate preventive shutdown work planning by organizing the list of activities to be performed (preventive plan, non-systematic maintenance, improvements, inspections, and others).
* Promote consensus among the Engineering team regarding equipment maintenance needs scheduled in the timeline, identifying SELECTIVE materials to be applied.
* Jointly develop, with the executing area, the shutdown organizational chart.
* Consolidate tasks identified during selective and routine inspections that require equipment shutdowns, ensuring they are included in major shutdown scopes via properly planned work orders.
* Plan material consumption for scheduled maintenance services;
* Develop the Master Shutdown Schedule using MS\-Project and identify the critical path of the shutdown.
* Monitor daily progress of the Master Shutdown Schedule (critical path) during activity execution.
* Generate and manage physical progress curves ("S" curves) for shutdown tracking of schedule and cost.
* Coordinate shutdown scheduling and equipment release for maintenance with Production;
* Schedule auxiliary equipment and special tools, where applicable.
* Prioritize and schedule maintenance services according to available resources;
* Issue work orders for scheduled maintenance services;
* Ensure work order return from execution teams, historical record of performed maintenance, and logging of labor hours in the corporate maintenance system;
* Monitor and provide technical support for activity progress via work orders;
* Ensure updating of equipment movement records;
* Receive, analyze, plan, and schedule external requests and interface requests;
* Receive approved interface requests, schedule them, and request procurements;
* Support annual maintenance budget preparation based on maintenance strategy and history of non-systematic maintenance;
* Promote planning of equipment maintenance activities among Production, People, Projects, Safety, Environment, and other areas for the scope of the Major Shutdown;
* Track and monitor, together with the execution area, detailed activity breakdowns;
* Facilitate technical visits by third parties for scope validation, jointly with the maintenance execution area;
* Monitor execution of scheduled maintenance services, ensuring quality in work order data entry;
* Ensure work order closure;
* Manage service portfolio and backlog, including at minimum status-based stratification analysis of work orders;
* Perform contract measurement in the computerized maintenance system, where applicable;
* Ensure updating of physical equipment movement records in the computerized maintenance system;
* Calculate departmental performance indicators per corporate information standards and systems;
* Regularly evaluate indicators against established targets;
* Share indicators with process stakeholders and leadership, including analysis of opportunities and improvement points.
* Issue reports for control and monitoring of maintenance planning and scheduling;
* Record material supply issues for critical deviation analysis;
* Define and maintain communication flow among interface areas (execution, procurement, and fiscal cell);
* Request materials specifying delivery location and required date, considering procurement area lead time;
* Make necessary materials and components available at the worksite;
* Return materials to the warehouse, where applicable;
* Inspect items in warehouses when necessary;
* Coordinate with Inventory Management/Procurement on material requirements for activity execution;
* Perform reservations, requisitions, and returns to the warehouse;
* Follow up on issued RCs and PCs;
* Participate in inventory meetings, where applicable;
* Ensure delivery of materials and components to execution points;
* Know and apply the inventory policy and initial reorder point levels;
* Support, with Engineering and Procurement, the review of inventory levels per Maintenance Inventory Management guidelines, in cases of equipment increase or reduction;
* Ensure adherence to Votorantim Cimentos’ Environmental Policy.
* Ensure compliance with Votorantim Cimentos’ Safety Standards;
* Promote synergy among maintenance teams;
* Deliver and develop training related to your role for the PCM team;
* Ensure your own safety, as well as that of third parties and equipment, and promote conservation, organization, and cleanliness of work areas;
* Perform other activities related to your functional area, whenever requested by your immediate supervisor, aiming at development, professional growth, and career advancement, under supervision and guidance during execution.
**Requirements and Qualifications**
* Technical degree in **Mechanical Engineering**, Mechatronics, or related fields.
* Prior experience in mechanical maintenance within an industrial environment;
* Availability to work rotating shifts.
