Description: * Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electrical, Automation Engineering or related fields; Required knowledge: * Reliability process and failure analysis; * Work order programming and control; * Cost analysis; * Lubrication; * Knowledge of cement manufacturing processes; * Familiarity with main machinery used in cement plants and predictive maintenance techniques; * SAP/PM; * Interpretation of drawings; * Parts and subassembly storage processes; * RCM - Reliability Centered Maintenance and IMS; Six Sigma Green Belt methodology experience is desirable. * Ensure and improve equipment reliability within the unit; * Collaborate with Lubrication and Inspection teams to promote improvements in reliability processes; * Provide advanced support in developing and monitoring the Maintenance strategic plan, as well as planning and implementing the maintenance management system, standardizing processes, ensuring data accuracy and service quality in the Maintenance area, and developing studies and procedures aimed at maximizing department efficiency; * Conduct studies and analyses of existing processes, identifying, suggesting, and implementing required actions and continuous improvements; * Define, structure, and organize the maintenance plan together with area managers, as well as implement maintenance-related actions according to defined objectives; * Implement improvements in maintenance plans using specialized tools such as FMEA and others; * Analyze requests for process modifications, providing technical and economic feasibility assessments, recommending approval or rejection of proposed changes; * Analyze technical indicators, monitoring compliance with established parameters; * Identify and analyze root causes of deviations and maintenance interventions, aiming to develop and propose corrective actions to prevent recurrence and optimize processes; * Document actions or process improvement measures to maintain control over relevant documents and records. 2511210202471882254
