**Location:** Sorocaba – SP \| On-site **Employment type:** CLT \| Full-time **About the role** We are seeking an experienced professional to work on the **operation and development of our e-commerce**, with a focus on **advertising, commercial performance, and internal systems organization**. This position involves close collaboration with business operations, contributing to the **continuous improvement of processes and results**. **Key responsibilities** * Create, review, and optimize marketplace listings * Manage and adjust accounts in accordance with platform rules and best practices * Analyze performance, metrics, sales, and inventory * Monitor competitors, pricing, and commercial opportunities * Support the organization and evolution of internal e-commerce systems * Provide operational support for e-commerce activities as needed **What we’re looking for** * Practical experience with e-commerce, especially Mercado Livre * Knowledge of listing registration and optimization * Understanding of marketplace policies, reputation management, and operations * Organized, analytical, and proactive mindset * Functional-level Excel proficiency **Nice-to-have** * Experience with other marketplaces * Hands-on experience with commercial campaigns and initiatives * Interest in continuous growth and learning **Expected profile** A responsible individual with strong process awareness, who enjoys teamwork and actively contributes to the smooth operation of the e-commerce channel.
