Key responsibilities: * Organize product displays in the sales area (walls, floor, windows, and lighting), arranging items and verifying correct placement of VM equipment and fixtures according to VM strategies, ensuring campaign implementation. * Maintain alignment of display and lighting equipment, organizing and guiding spaces to ensure customer visibility, circulation, and comfort. * Apply VM concepts for optimal presentation of displayed products, regularly refreshing displays to sustain a sense of novelty and appeal for customers. * Ensure product restocking and replenishment in the sales area by organizing and bringing items to maintain their visibility, preventing stockouts in sales areas and excess inventory accumulation, thereby encouraging more purchases. * Apply correct pricing on display equipment and mannequins/windows, strategically positioning price tags to inform customers of prices, guide their attention, and stimulate sales. * Organize VM materials and maintain VM equipment—including banners, point-of-sale (POS) materials, and general equipment—keeping them easily accessible and logically arranged to optimize retrieval whenever needed. * Provide courteous and efficient customer service. What we are looking for: * Completed high school education. * Experience in fashion retail. * A completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Fashion is considered a plus.
