If you are organized, have excellent communication skills, and a strong sense of urgency, this opportunity may be right for you! **Job Objective:** To support testing activities, new product development, and quality control analyses, contributing to continuous process improvement and ensuring compliance with internal standards. **Key Responsibilities:** * Assist in laboratory and in-line production testing. * Support new product development, including sample preparation and result documentation. * Perform basic quality control analyses as directed by the technical team. * Organize and record test and analysis data in internal systems. * Support laboratory routine maintenance and equipment calibration/organization. * Contribute to improvements in development and QC processes. **Requirements:** * Students currently enrolled in Chemical Engineering, Production Engineering, Chemistry, Food Science, or related fields. **Desired Knowledge:** * Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite and Excel tools. * Interest in product development and quality-related areas. **Behavioral Competencies:** * Organization, attention to detail, and proactivity. * Strong communication skills and willingness to learn. * Ability to work effectively in a team. * Working Hours and Work Model **Schedule:** Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM, with a 1-hour break (total of 30 weekly hours), in accordance with internship legislation. 100% in-person internship at the Sorocaba factory. **Benefits:** Meal provided on-site.
