Job Summary: Support Application Engineering activities, including project analysis, technical documentation, equipment selection, quotation preparation, and customer relationship management. Direct interface with customers and sales representatives Support Application Engineering activities including project analysis and technical documentation review, equipment selection, preparation of quotations and commercial technical proposals, and interaction with customers and sales representatives, as well as performing other related and inherent duties. Perform duties with focus on maintaining a positive work environment, complying with company rules and procedures, as well as Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental, and Quality standards. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** **Critical Project Analysis and Technical Documentation Review:** * Examine technical documentation included in customer quotation requests to ensure clear understanding of specifications and requirements. * Ensure technical feasibility and suitability of proposed solutions to customer needs. **Solution Definition and Equipment Selection:** * Develop appropriate technical solutions and select necessary equipment to meet project requirements. **Customer and Sales Representative Interface:** * Maintain ongoing communication with customers and sales representatives during the preparation and clarification of technical proposals, ensuring alignment with expectations and requirements. **Quotation and Commercial Technical Proposal Preparation:** * Prepare detailed quotations and commercial proposals in accordance with company guidelines and market needs.
