We encourage individuals from diverse social groups to join our community so that, despite coming from such different origins and realities, we can nurture the shared desire to dream big and transform ourselves into better professionals and human beings for ourselves and for the world. **Main Activities** Perform operational activities in the **ladle furnace process at the Steelmaking Shop**, according to internal procedures and safety standards. * **Conduct tool and equipment checklists** prior to starting operations, ensuring operational safety and efficiency. * **Supply the area and silos** with necessary inputs, ensuring process continuity and productivity. * **Collect steel and slag samples**, prepare and perform spectrometry analysis, verifying results according to specifications for each steel type. * **Operate the furnace control cabin**, monitoring production parameters, making adjustments and ensuring operation quality and rhythm. * **Control rinsing**, steel type and quality, ensuring product homogenization. * **Repair and adjust electrodes** according to procedures and safety standards, ensuring productivity and goal achievement. * **Skim heats** when necessary, maintaining final product quality and productivity. * **Measure steel temperature**, ensuring technical compliance and product quality. * Perform **area cleaning and maintenance**, including pit, ladle car rails, silos and equipment, preserving adequate operating conditions. * **Assist in lifting loads using overhead cranes**, following safety regulations. * **Support ladle inspections**, identifying anomalies and requesting necessary adjustments to ensure operational safety. * **Participate in process anomaly analyses**, contributing corrective action proposals. * **Work under supervision of more experienced professionals**, developing skills and technical knowledge in area operations. * **Support senior professionals**, collaborating in activities and pursuing continuous learning.
