Responsibilities and Duties * Conduct market research to identify suppliers and new procurement opportunities. * Negotiate commercial terms with suppliers to secure optimal purchasing options. * Issue and track purchase orders, ensuring adherence to agreed deadlines and conditions. * Monitor and analyze inventory levels, suggesting replenishments as required by departmental needs. * Evaluate the quality of received products and services, ensuring compliance with company standards. * Maintain up-to-date supplier and product records in the system. * Collaborate with other departments to efficiently meet internal requirements. * Prepare procurement reports and present managerial data to senior management. * Participate in meetings and training sessions related to procurement and supply chain. Requirements and Qualifications * Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Logistics, Engineering, or related fields. * Prior experience in procurement or supply chain. * Knowledge of negotiation and contract management. * Skills in supplier analysis and inventory management. * Proficiency in management tools and spreadsheets, especially Excel. * Ability to work effectively in teams and drive results. 2512300202491776632
