Job Summary: Manage and coordinate factory operations to ensure quality, efficiency, and safety, aligned with strategic goals. Key Highlights: 1. Lead and manage operational teams for development and engagement. 2. Implement continuous improvement of production processes (Lean, 5S, Kaizen). 3. Focus on strategic planning, cost control, and results. Manage and coordinate all factory operations, ensuring production processes are carried out with quality, efficiency, safety, on-time delivery, and cost control, aligned with the company's strategic goals. **3. Key Responsibilities** * Plan, organize, and control industrial production activities; * Ensure adherence to the production plan, delivery deadlines, and quality standards; * Manage operational teams, promoting development, engagement, and operational discipline; * Monitor and analyze performance indicators (productivity, efficiency, losses, rework, costs); * Ensure compliance with occupational safety, environmental, and quality regulations; * Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance processes; * Drive continuous improvement of production processes (Lean, 5S, Kaizen, standardization); * Control operational costs and propose optimization initiatives; * Collaborate with PCP, logistics, procurement, and quality departments; * Prepare management reports and present results to senior leadership. **4. Technical Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Industrial Production, or related fields; * Proven experience in factory or industrial production management; * Knowledge of production processes, industrial KPIs, and cost control; * Experience leading operational teams; * Familiarity with continuous improvement tools; * Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office suite. **5.
