Follow hygiene and food safety regulations A bakery in Barra Mansa is seeking a Kitchen Assistant. **Responsibilities:** Assist in preparing doughs, fillings, and other bakery products. Cut, chop, and sort ingredients as required for production. Keep the kitchen clean and organized, including utensils and equipment. Assist in inventory control of supplies and ingredients. Follow hygiene and food safety regulations. Assist in product assembly and packaging when necessary. Previous experience as a Kitchen Assistant, Assistant Cook, Food Preparer, or Industrial Kitchen Assistant may indicate suitability for some of the tasks associated with this position. High school diploma required.
