Job Summary: The Seres Group is seeking a Charcoal Unloading Operator to operate and clean charcoal systems at an industrial multinational company. Key Highlights: 1. Perform cleaning and maintenance of the charcoal area and equipment **Job Description:** The Seres Group, in partnership with an industrial multinational company, is seeking a professional for the position of Charcoal Unloading Operator. **Responsibilities:** Operate the charcoal tipping unloading system Operate the charcoal screening system Unload charcoal into silos and storage areas Collect residues on screens Assist in maneuvering charcoal trucks Perform cleaning of the charcoal unloading area and railway line Extract charcoal from feeders onto conveyor TC01 Clean the loading building, running area, and top of blast furnaces Clean the charcoal unloading shed, dust collectors 06, 07, 08, 09, and 10 Clean raw material storage areas Clean the compressor room Clean conveyors 01, 02, and 03 Clean conveyors 04, 09, 10, and 15 Clean conveyors 05, 11, 12, and 17 Clean weighing silos 01 and 09 Clean flux silos 01, 02, 03, 04, and 05 Clean loading chutes **Working Hours:** **Schedule:** 7:00 AM–3:00 PM; 3:00 PM–11:00 PM; 11:00 PM–7:00 AM; **Shift Pattern:** Rotating shifts. **Work Model:** On-site. **Work Location:** Barra Mansa, Rio de Janeiro – Brazil We encourage applications from persons with disabilities (PCD), Black individuals, women, and LGBTQIAPN+ individuals. **Requirements:** **Mandatory Requirements:** Completed elementary education; Availability to perform manual labor. **Benefits:** * Health Insurance * Dental Insurance * Cafeteria * Standard Employee Insurance * Food Allowance * Transportation Allowance
