Responsibilities: Support onboarding for Rio de Janeiro branch offices, including document verification; Submit transportation voucher registrations for calculation and payment; Onboard new employees (HR-related topics); Monitor health insurance plans and clarify related questions; Request replacement Alelo meal cards for the unit; Receive and verify life insurance policies received from the Head Office HR department, and arrange for employees to sign the delivery list; Coordinate the unit’s vacation scheduling with respective departments; Record supplier invoices linked to HR and cafeteria requirements; Assist in organizing documentation of former employees for labor litigation processes; Manage departmental meal card usage (external services), verifying consumption receipts/invoices, tracking card balances, delivering cards to requestors, and informing the unit’s tax and accounting departments; Analyze security gate visitor logs to monitor entry/exit flows of people and material deliveries/pickups; Inform Head Office HR about deductions for the assistance contribution, reporting opposition statements in compliance with the collective bargaining agreement.
