Contribution to improvement and component standardization projects **Description and Responsibilities** --------------------------------- **Schedule:** Availability to work rotating shifts **Level:** Operational **Employment Type:** Permanent – CLT **Area of Activity:** Manufacturing * Responsible for preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance activities on Paint Shop equipment and facilities, focusing on mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems in the PT\-ED, Paint Mix, Relargage, and Mass Center areas. * Conduct rounds in the PT\-ED, Paint Mix, Relargage, and Mass Center areas, verifying process conditions, maintenance status, and safety of facilities to ensure stable, risk-free operations. * Collaborate with Level I Maintenance team for initial diagnosis of process faults, line stoppages, or equipment deviations, providing technical support to ensure rapid response and safe resumption of production. * Contribute to implementation of improvement projects and actions in partnership with the Process Specialist, aiming to increase reliability, reduce recurring failures, and optimize production systems. * Perform preventive and corrective inspections on equipment and facilities, covering mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems, ensuring operational availability and compliance with safety standards. * Carry out adjustments and replacements of components such as pumps, valves, heat exchangers, agitators, and temperature and pressure control devices, ensuring stability of process parameters. * Support the Process Specialist in forecasting critical and essential items to prevent stoppages due to material shortages.
