The CCTV Operator is responsible for monitoring images via security cameras to prevent incidents and identify risk situations. **Main Responsibilities:** * Perform continuous monitoring of closed-circuit television (CCTV) images. * Identify suspicious behaviors, incidents, or non-conformities in monitored areas. * Alert security teams whenever intervention is required. * Document events and incidents in department-specific reports. * Monitor equipment functionality, including cameras, monitors, and recording systems. * Preserve the confidentiality of information and monitored images. * Comply with internal procedures and company-established security standards. * Assist in internal investigations by retrieving recorded footage when requested. **Work Schedule: 12x36 (7:00 PM to 7:00 AM)** Minimum Education: Elementary School (1st level) * Discounts at universities and language schools * Multi-benefit card * Corporate University * Meal allowance
