Job Summary: A professional responsible for organizing, preparing, and executing various construction tasks—from foundations to finishing—ensuring worksite organization and safety. Key Highlights: 1. Performs various construction tasks, from foundations to finishing. 2. Responsible for site organization and safety. 3. Collaborates with teams to ensure smooth progress of activities. \- Responsible for organizing, preparing, and cleaning the worksite, as well as for the use, handling, storage, and transportation of machinery, tools, and materials to ensure high-quality service delivery; also performs any tasks that impact the progress of assigned activities; \- Reviews project plans, requests and prepares necessary materials, constructs and repairs foundations, concrete structures, masonry, and roofing; \- Applies plastering and screeds, lays bricks, tiles, masonry units, and similar materials, builds foundations, erects walls, fences, and other similar structures, and repairs building, residential, and other structural elements; \- Prepares mortar and/or plaster for any construction- or repair-related activity, working across multiple construction and repair fronts as required to ensure smooth progression of each project phase; \- Maintains worksite organization and hygiene, collaborating with teams across all construction phases, with a focus on safety and efficient task execution. – Willingness to travel; **– We operate a flexible working hours system;** Benefits: – Transportation allowance; – On-site meals; – Basic food basket (awarded based on attendance); – Group life insurance; Employment type: Full-time CLT Compensation: R$2\.934,80 per month Benefits: * Basic food basket * Life insurance * Transportation allowance
