Job Summary: The Full Stack Developer (Mid-Level) (.NET) will translate customer needs into high-quality software, evolving and maintaining a robust platform with a focus on modernization. Collaborate within a team to ensure software consistency and quality Grupo Seres is seeking a professional for the position of FULL STACK DEVELOPER (MID-LEVEL) (.NET), with the mission to **translate real customer needs into high-quality software**, directly contributing to the evolution and maintenance of the platform. **Job Challenge** This is a robust and established product with critical operations based on technologies such as: * .NET Framework 4\.8 * Windows Forms and WPF * Legacy services and integrations (e.g., WCF) Our current focus is on the **gradual modernization of the ecosystem**, primarily evolving the backend and responsibly maintaining the desktop applications. **Backend Evolution** * Progressive migration of components and services to **modern .NET** * Expansion of REST APIs and architectural improvements * Continuous evolution without operational disruption The candidate will work both on legacy maintenance and technological evolution of the platform, focusing on quality and safe transition. **Responsibilities** * Develop new features aligned with product evolution * Contribute to the gradual modernization of .NET services and backend * Implement improvements and maintain existing desktop applications * Participate in code reviews and apply engineering best practices * Collaborate with the team to ensure consistency and quality **Job Requirements**: * Professional experience of over 4 years in .NET development * Proficiency in C\# and hands-on experience with both .NET Framework and modern .NET * Experience with Windows Forms and/or WPF * Experience with REST APIs, Entity Framework/Core, and SQL Server * Familiarity with medium-to-large-scale corporate systems * Experience with Git and Azure DevOps workflows * Ability to effectively handle both maintenance and technological evolution **Nice-to-Haves** * Experience with SQL Server in critical environments * Knowledge of security practices applied to development * Familiarity with hardware integrations (printers, biometrics, pinpads) * Experience with CI/CD in Azure DevOps **Work Model** * Remote or Hybrid **Contract Type** * PJ Contract Minimum Education: Bachelor's Degree
