




Description: Ensure the accuracy and compliance of electronic timekeeping records and efficiently support onboarding processes, guaranteeing adherence to legal regulations, internal policies, and established deadlines, contributing to effective people management organization. Responsibilities and Duties * Monitor, track, and correct electronic time records (clock-ins, absences, overtime, shifts, and time banks); * Support employees and supervisors in the proper use of the timekeeping system; * Generate time reports and submit them for payroll closing; * Perform the complete onboarding process: collect and verify documentation, schedule medical exams, register in the system, open employee files, and integrate new hires; * Ensure compliance with legal and internal deadlines for onboarding; * Assist in updating employee registration data in the HR system; * Support internal and external audits by providing documentation and information related to timekeeping and onboarding; Requirements and Qualifications * Pursuing a higher education degree; * Experience with electronic timekeeping systems; * Knowledge of labor legislation related to working hours and hiring; * Proficiency in electronic timekeeping and payroll systems; * Office software proficiency. 2510230202201520821
