




**Summary of activities:** * Process quotations with advance payment; * Handle rejected quotations; * Analyze revenue statements to clear payments; * Execute quotations; * Support the customer service team; * Generate payment links; * Issue CTEs as required for payment/quotation purposes; * Provide support to all units regarding administrative activities related to the quotation department; * Support management and quotation assistant teams as instructed by direct management. **Requirements:** * Knowledge of SSW; * Minimum 6 months with the company; * Proficiency in Excel; * Willingness and engagement; * Attention, focus, and organization; * Knowledge of administrative processes.
