





We are looking for an intern to join our management consulting team. The professional will be responsible for supporting the team in the execution of strategic and operational projects, contributing to the development of solutions that generate value for our clients. Candidates must be currently enrolled in Production Engineering, Business Administration, Computer Science, Controller and Finance, or Accounting Sciences, with expected graduation between 12/2026 and 12/2027. Desired skills: * Analytical ability to identify problems and propose solutions. * Good organization and time management to handle multiple tasks. * Strong verbal and written communication skills for interacting with team members and clients. * Ability to learn quickly and adapt to different scenarios. * Proactivity and collaborative attitude to support the team. * Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Excel. * Basic knowledge of management methodologies and tools. Support to the consulting team: * Assist in research and data collection related to projects; * Ensure collected information is accurate and up to date; * Support analysis of organizational issues and propose solutions under the guidance of experienced consultants; * Help prepare presentations, reports, and other materials for clients; * Organize and analyze data using tools such as Excel, Power BI, or other platforms for report creation; * Manage schedules, meetings, and internal or external communications; * Assist in monitoring project timelines and deadlines; * Attend client meetings or internal team meetings; * Identify areas for optimization or inefficiency; * Input data into electronic systems, documents, spreadsheets, presentations, and others; * Participate in training sessions on tools/methodologies for client service.
