





Description: We are looking for a Baking Technician I to provide technical support to customers, ensuring product quality, standardization, and supply, as well as training teams and promoting continuous improvements in baking processes. Responsibilities and duties * Conduct weekly customer visits according to defined routes. * Train customer production teams in fermentation, baking, and product finishing. * Ensure quality and standardization of products displayed at points of sale. * Provide guidance on equipment maintenance and hygiene. * Monitor customer inventory levels, minimizing stockouts and ensuring proper storage. * Record service visits and technical status via application. * Propose continuous improvements for customers and collaborators.
