




Description: Ensure the accuracy and compliance of electronic timekeeping records and efficiently support onboarding processes, guaranteeing adherence to legal regulations, internal policies, and established deadlines, thereby contributing to the effective organization of people management. Responsibilities and Duties * Monitor, track, and correct electronic timekeeping records (clock-ins/outs, absences, overtime, work schedules, and time banks); * Support employees and managers in the proper use of the timekeeping system; * Generate timekeeping reports and submit them for payroll processing; * Carry out the full onboarding process: collect and verify documentation, schedule medical examinations, register in the system, open personnel files, and integrate new employees; * Ensure compliance with legal and internal deadlines for onboarding; * Support updating employee registration data in the HR system; * Provide documentation and information related to timekeeping and onboarding for internal and external audits; Requirements and Qualifications * Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree; * Experience with electronic timekeeping systems; * Knowledge of labor legislation related to working hours and hiring; * Proficiency in electronic timekeeping and payroll systems; * Microsoft Office suite. 2512240202491520821
