




Required: Completed Bachelor's degree in Psychology. Accurately apply Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) programs and techniques as planned and directed by the supervisor; Collect data on patient performance and report it to the supervisor; Faithfully complete scheduling and data collection systems; Implement positive reinforcement strategies and other behavioral techniques as directed by the supervisor; Assist in developing the patient's social, motor, cognitive, and communication skills; Participate in meetings and training sessions to improve intervention practices; Handle data processing as instructed by the Supervisor; Consistently and punctually attend supervisions, appointments, and activities defined for behavioral intervention. Empathy, patience, and sensitivity when working with individuals with ASD, diligence, good verbal and non-verbal communication skills (proficiency in sign language is not required), excellent rapport with individuals aged 5 to 18 years, teamwork to align with supervisors and other professionals in the field, ability to collaborate, creativity in approach, emotional regulation, ethics, and professionalism.
