Job Summary: Professional responsible for cleaning, organization, cafeteria and kitchen services, operational support, minor repairs, and garden maintenance. Key Highlights: 1. Cafeteria, kitchen services, and supply control Main Functions and Responsibilities: * **Cleaning and Sanitation:** Sweep, vacuum, clean windows, disinfect restrooms, sanitize indoor and outdoor areas, and properly collect and dispose of waste. * **Organization:** Maintain order and preservation of materials, utensils, furniture, and equipment. * **Cafeteria and Kitchen:** Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and snacks; set tables; wash dishes and utensils; manage supply inventory (coffee, sugar, cleaning supplies). * **Operational Support:** Assist in moving furniture, materials, and equipment; loading and unloading; receiving and distributing mail and deliveries. * **Minor Repairs:** Perform or assist with minor repairs (e.g., light bulb replacement, unclogging) and report malfunctions to maintenance. * **Garden Maintenance:** Care for plants and gardens (e.g., watering, weeding), as required by the company.
