Check whether this opportunity matches your profile and join us on this selection journey! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Organize and control the flow of documents and reports related to the technology area. * Monitor the progress of IT projects, ensuring delivery timelines and deadlines are met. * Organize and update IT process performance reports and indicators. * Support the administration of project management software. * Assist the IT team in organizing internal trainings, workshops, or technical events. * Facilitate internal communication between the IT department and other company areas. * Manage technical tickets and track problem resolution. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Requirements:** * Currently enrolled in or completed a Technical Education program in related fields. * Prior experience in administrative roles, preferably in technology or IT companies. * Basic knowledge of administrative processes and tools, including Excel. * Strong communication skills, organizational ability, and interpersonal skills. * Interest in learning about the technology sector and collaborating with technical teams. * Ability to thrive in a dynamic and multifunctional environment. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Basic knowledge of software and tools used in IT management. * Experience with project management or team productivity tools. * Experience working in technology companies. **Additional Information** PEOPLE are our greatest ENERGY.
