Human Resources Manager for an Industry with approximately 600 employees ?? On-site \| Santo Antônio de Pádua – RJ We are seeking a Human Resources Manager professional to work in a generalist role, focusing on Payroll, Human and Organizational Development, and Recruitment \& Selection. ? Main responsibilities: Administration of payroll, labor charges, and benefits (transportation voucher, meal/food allowance, health plan, uniforms, etc.). Timekeeping, vacation management, hiring, terminations, and leaves (INSS, personal leaves, maternity/paternity). Management of legal obligations and submission of information to e\-Social. Structuring and monitoring performance evaluations and employee engagement surveys. Support in mandatory and development training programs, in partnership with departments. Management and execution of full recruitment and selection processes (including internship and apprenticeship programs). Involvement in endomarketing initiatives, internal communication, diversity, and inclusion. Preparation of HR reports and metrics to support strategic management. ?? What we are looking for: Previous experience in generalist HR and/or Payroll Department. Knowledge of labor legislation and Payroll routines.
