Job Summary: Responsible for receiving, diagnosing, performing corrective maintenance (hardware and software), and testing data collectors and printers, including component soldering. Key Highlights: 1. Corrective maintenance of data collectors and printers 2. SND/BGA component soldering 3. On-site technical support to customers Receive equipment for maintenance and inspect its physical condition. Verify the defect reported by the customer and perform corrective maintenance on equipment (data collectors and printers), covering both hardware and software aspects. Conduct tests to confirm resolution of issues identified in the equipment. Perform SND/BGA component soldering. Provide on-site customer support.
