Description: What are we looking for? Key Responsibilities: Provide support to users for high-complexity incidents; Be responsible for managing the local network, as well as computing resources directly or indirectly related to it; Perform installation, configuration, maintenance, and availability of operating systems and IT infrastructure services; Monitor physical and virtual servers, internal or external; Monitor switches, routers, and firewalls; Monitor Windows; Work on data center design, implementation, support, monitoring, and maintenance, as well as other services; Deliver LAN and WAN services, telephony services; Develop operational documentation for system installation, configuration, and virtualization; Plan improvements and expansion of various operational aspects; Monitor scheduled backups on servers, provide user and employee support, and comply with internal and external audits; Provide technical support to the analyst team; Ensure user satisfaction and maintain the incident queue within SLA. Requirements: Minimum requirement: CCNA certification Proven experience in administration of medium- or large-scale networks. Experience supporting and maintaining Cisco LAN (Catalyst and Nexus) network environments. Solid knowledge of: o Network protocols: TCP/IP, VLANs, STP, OSPF, BGP, DHCP, DNS. o Layer 2/3 switch infrastructure. o Firewalls and network security. o VPNs (IPSec, SSL). o Corporate Wi-Fi. Knowledge of network monitoring tools. Experience administering rules, VPNs, and firewall support on Palo Alto or compatible firewalls. Troubleshooting ability, with experience diagnosing LAN/WAN network issues, link failures or degradation, and traffic blocking on firewalls and routers. Knowledge of Cisco wireless network controllers and access points. Knowledge of ISE and NAC (experience configuring authentication profiles and policies). Familiarity with ITIL for incident and change management. Ability to read and interpret technical documentation in English. Preferred Qualifications: Certifications: CCNP Knowledge of AWS and Azure cloud (VPC, Security Groups, VPN Gateway, ExpressRoute, etc.) Hands-on experience with Palo Alto firewalls (policy management, NAT, troubleshooting) Administration of Cisco DNA Center solution Administration of Cisco ISE solution (NAC, posture) Panorama Experience in complex corporate network projects.
