Job Summary: Handle collection of lease agreements by proactively contacting clients and negotiating overdue amounts to regularize payments. Key Highlights: 1. Recording and tracking of collections We currently have a vacancy in the collections area at a real estate agency in Belo Horizonte, and would like to know if it makes sense for us to discuss this opportunity further with you. Responsibilities: * Collect overdue lease agreements, from day 1 to day 30; * Proactively contact clients via phone and WhatsApp; * Negotiate overdue amounts to reach agreements and regularize payments; * Record and track all collection activities. Requirements: * Solid experience in collections; * Strong verbal and written communication skills; * Negotiation-oriented profile, with professional demeanor and results focus.
