**Job Description:**

Lead end-to-end recruitment and selection processes, including profile alignment with managers, job posting, resume screening, interviews, administration of assessments, and referral for hiring; Plan training and development initiatives in accordance with Volvo standards, ensuring delivery of mandatory technical training required by the manufacturer; Identify needs across departments and propose new behavioral and technical training programs, structuring schedules, arranging resources, and monitoring employee participation; Receive and route training materials, while managing documentation to ensure accurate completion and adherence to deadlines; Support employee development through mentoring of apprentices and interns; Act as a multiplier of people management policies and procedures; Monitor probationary contract deadlines and ensure evaluations occur within the scheduled timeframe; Conduct climate, engagement, internal communication, and endomarketing initiatives; Contribute to the implementation of new HR projects and initiatives; Gather and consolidate data for updating performance indicators.
**Essential Requirements:**

Technical:
Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related fields;
Prior experience in recruitment and selection, as well as training and development;
Knowledge of recruitment platforms and behavioral assessment tools;
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate effectively with managers and teams;

**Desirable Requirements:**
