Description
At **TRUE**, we believe technology, data, and operational intelligence are essential to sustaining business growth.
Our Operations area—which encompasses S\&OP, Procurement, Production Planning and Control (PCP), Logistics, and Quality—is undergoing significant evolution, where strategic supply chain decisions increasingly rely on custom software, automation, data, and statistics to support decision-making.
We are seeking a **Junior Developer** to join our Operations team in an immersive capacity, contributing to the development of solutions that automate routine tasks, organize data, and enhance the analytical capabilities of operational areas.
Here, you will engage directly with real business challenges in an agile, collaborative, and highly strategic environment, maintaining constant interaction with stakeholders across functional areas.
We seek someone with a solid technical foundation, strong interest in generative AI as an accelerator for delivery, and great enthusiasm for learning about operations, processes, and business. More than developing solutions, we want someone capable of understanding problems, communicating effectively with non-technical areas, and transforming operational needs into concrete tools and improvements.
This role offers a unique opportunity for accelerated learning, combining technology, data, automation, and operational intelligence within a rapidly expanding company.
If you enjoy building solutions, learning quickly, and want to make real impact through technology, **join TRUE and grow with us!**
**Responsibilities and Duties**
Develop and maintain systems, automations, and solutions supporting Operations areas in day-to-day decision-making—working with sales, inventory, replenishment, receipts, production, and other critical supply chain variables;
Apply statistical analysis and forecasting techniques to operational data to support decision-making in S\&OP, Procurement, PCP, Logistics, and Supply;
Build dashboards, operational panels, and metrics enabling monitoring, diagnosis, and improvement of supply chain performance—integrating diverse internal data sources;
Automate repetitive operational processes—such as manual reporting, reconciliations, and verifications—using generative AI as a tool to accelerate delivery and increase operational efficiency;
Work closely and immersively with Operations leadership and teams—understanding problems at their source, proposing solutions, developing rapid prototypes, validating with end users, and continuously iterating—without dependence on Product Owners or PMOs;
Document developed solutions, ensuring operational continuity through versioned code, documented logic, and auditable metrics accessible to business users;
Continuously improve implemented solutions—with focus on scalability, simplicity, and operational gains.
**Requirements and Qualifications**
Currently enrolled in or graduated from a Bachelor’s program in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, Systems Analysis and Development, or related technology fields;
Solid programming logic in at least one language—preferably Python and/or JavaScript/TypeScript;
Knowledge of SQL for querying and processing data in relational databases (PostgreSQL/MySQL);
Experience with Git/GitHub version control and familiarity with development best practices such as SOLID principles, clean code, and basic testing;
Fluent use of generative AI tools (e.g., Cursor, Claude, Copilot) as productivity aids in development—including ability to prompt, validate, and review AI-generated outputs;
Intermediate-to-advanced proficiency in Excel and/or Google Sheets for interaction with business areas;
Ability to structure logical reasoning and translate operational problems into practical solutions;
Bonus: coursework, hands-on projects, or experience with Python, SQL, JavaScript/TypeScript, relational databases, Git/GitHub, and generative AI tools applied to development;
Bonus: foundational knowledge of applied statistics—e.g., time series analysis and demand forecasting;
Bonus: familiarity with REST APIs and BI tools such as Looker Studio, Power BI, and Metabase.
