Here, you will join a team that values respect, care for people, and pride in wearing the PLAMONT uniform. **This position is also open to Persons with Disabilities (PwD).** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Request and use personal protective equipment (PPE); * Attend daily safety meetings; * Review service schedules; * Be knowledgeable about materials used in civil foundations; guide assistants in carrying out tasks; * Construct civil foundation forms; * Perform grouting of civil foundations; install shims onto civil foundations; * Possess knowledge of civil foundation leveling; * Excavate trenches and pits, cut grooves in floors and walls, and remove soil, plaster, and mortar to enable foundation construction, installation of water pipes, sewage systems, or electrical conduits, or execution of similar works; * Verify required materials, tools, and equipment for task execution; * Carry out housekeeping, organization, cleaning, 5S practices, assist warehouse, SESMT, and administrative activities, distribute PPE, and file documents; * Comply with company and client procedures regarding Quality, Safety, Health, Environment, and Administration, observing responsibilities defined therein, and maintain records per the Integrated Management System. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Incomplete Elementary Education **Additional Information** * Market-competitive salary; * Café Voucher; * Meal Voucher; * On-site meals; * Life insurance; * Transportation allowance; * Health plan; * Partnerships with universities and other institutions, encouraging continuous professional development and career growth.
