Integration with production and management departments **Description and Responsibilities:** **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with a 1-hour and 12-minute lunch break. **Experience Level:** Professional **Employment Type:** Permanent – CLT Brief Description: Assist and perform planning, control, and monitoring of predictive, preventive, and corrective maintenance activities for equipment and facilities, ensuring operational continuity. Conduct periodic inspections, monitor work orders, and support maintenance management through data analysis, indicator tracking, and collaboration with production and maintenance departments. **Main Responsibilities:** * Collect machine checklists weekly; * Support the creation, monitoring, and control of maintenance work orders; * Assist the mechanical team in identifying and requesting materials required for maintenance activities; * Monitor the progress of work orders and scheduling of maintenance activities; * Support the scheduling of predictive, preventive, and corrective maintenance plans; * Distribute maintenance activity priorities as defined by management; * Monitor suppliers’ progress on maintenance-related requests; * Support workshop organization according to the 5S methodology; * Develop, monitor, and control preventive, predictive, corrective, and production equipment inspection maintenance plans; * Analyze maintenance data, record incidents, and identify failures and improvement opportunities; * Develop and present maintenance indicators to support management decision-making; * Collaborate closely with production, maintenance, and management departments; * Perform other related duties as required by the company or directed by the immediate supervisor. **Requirements:** * Completed technical course in Mechanical Engineering and/or bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, or Electrical Engineering; * Relevant work experience, preferably in an industrial environment. **Benefits:** Medical assistance, Dental assistance, Parking, Profit-sharing program, On-site meals, Life insurance, Meal allowance, Transportation allowance
