Job Summary: Professional responsible for managing the fleet and equipment, ensuring maintenance, cost optimization, and operational efficiency, including field visits and report preparation. Dynamic environment with field visits and travel **Responsibilities:** * Develop and monitor the preventive maintenance plan for the fleet and equipment, ensuring adherence to deadlines and minimizing breakdowns; * Control corrective maintenance, suppliers, quotations, budgets, and execution timelines; * Monitor fuel consumption per vehicle, machine, construction site, and operator, * identifying potential waste and deviations; * Maintain an up-to-date inventory of owned and rented vehicles, machines, and equipment; * Conduct field visits approximately three times per week to inspect equipment usage, condition, and productivity; * Manage rented equipment, evaluating costs, utilization, need for continued rental, and possibility of return; * Map requirements for parts, tires, accessories, maintenance, purchases, and service contracts; * Prepare monthly management reports containing data on costs, maintenance, consumption, rentals, and critical fleet issues; * Identify and present opportunities for cost reduction, process improvement, and increased operational efficiency; * Ensure traceability, organization, and accounting of owned and rented vehicles and equipment used by the company. Requirements: * Technical or higher education degree; * Minimum 1 year of experience in fleet management; * Technical course or knowledge in mechanics; * Valid driver's license; * Intermediate Excel proficiency; * Familiarity with fleet tracking and management systems; * Willingness to travel on demand; * Proactive, communicative, attentive, organized, and responsible profile; * Ability to negotiate with suppliers, control costs, and manage multiple * concurrent demands.
