Opportunity to contribute to students' academic development **Chemistry Instructor** UNIBE Pré\-Militar is recruiting a Chemistry Instructor to work in person in Vitória \- ES, supporting students' preparation for public service exams, military schools, college entrance exams, and selective admission processes. **Main Responsibilities** * Deliver Chemistry classes to groups at various educational levels; * Plan and organize content according to the institution's pedagogical framework; * Design exercises, mock exams, assessments, and supplementary materials; * Develop teaching strategies that facilitate understanding of theoretical and practical subject matter; * Monitor student performance, identify difficulties, and propose improvement actions; * Clarify doubts and guide students throughout the learning process; * Participate in pedagogical meetings, training sessions, and institutional alignment activities; * Contribute to students' academic development and overall growth. **Requirements** * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Chemistry, Chemistry Teaching, Chemical Engineering, or related fields; * Solid knowledge of subject content; * Strong communication and teaching skills; * Ability to work effectively with adolescents and young adults; * Prior experience in teaching, tutoring, academic reinforcement, preparatory courses, or pre\-college programs will be considered an advantage. **Desired Competencies** * Clear and concise communication; * Planning and organizational skills; * Effective teaching methodology and ability to engage learners; * Proactivity; * Teamwork; * Responsibility; * Commitment to educational outcomes. **Additional Information** * Hourly employment contract; * Work schedule aligned with class timetables and demand; * Opportunity for professionals aiming to contribute to students' academic development and success in public service exams, college entrance exams, and military schools. **Work Location** Vitória \- ES.
