




Description: Completed Higher Education in Law or Technology fields Technical and practical understanding of the LGPD, with experience participating in implementation projects of this legislation * Assist the organization in fostering a data privacy culture and advise the company on the proper implementation of essential LGPD elements (such as adherence to principles established for processing activities, data subject rights, Privacy by Design and Privacy by Default actions, preparation of records of personal data processing activities conducted by the organization, safeguards for processing activities, security incident notifications and communications, etc.). * Advise the organization on the need to conduct a Data Protection Impact Assessment (DPIA). * Guide the organization on the use of DPIA and applicable safeguards. * Advise the organization on which safeguards (technical or administrative) are applicable to the intended data processing activity in order to mitigate identified risks of harm to the interests, rights, and freedoms of data subjects. * Support the organization in maintaining an up-to-date record of personal data processing activities under its responsibility. * Receive and respond to complaints and communications from data subjects, provide clarifications, and carry out appropriate actions. * Receive communications from the National Data Protection Authority (ANPD) and take appropriate measures. * Provide guidance in the event of a security incident. * Participate in the preparation of documents related to Personal Data Protection. * Identify and assess risks associated with organizational activities, determining the likelihood and impact of these risks. * Support regular employee training and awareness initiatives regarding the organization's privacy policies and procedures, as well as LGPD laws and regulations. * Ensure that best practices in information security are applied to mitigate cyberattacks. 251010020224980351
