Job Summary: Manage the safe and effective compounding of magistral and official formulations, lead production, ensure quality, and coordinate the team. Key Highlights: 1. Ensure compliance with sanitary regulations and good compounding practices. Guarantee the safe, effective, and high-quality compounding of magistral and official formulations, ensuring compliance with current sanitary regulations, good compounding practices, and established technical standards. Acts as the liaison between the laboratory and customer service. Responsible for all pharmacy production, promoting team integration, ensuring quality throughout the entire production process, and managing the entire production chain. **1\-** **Main Responsibilities** * Screen and verify prescriptions and prescriptions for technical feasibility, dosages, incompatibilities, and stability in accordance with ethical and sanitary regulations. * Coordinate batch release by laboratories, monitoring the entire production process; * Manage the team and strategically allocate personnel according to production needs; * Maintain system registration with technical information on products and substances; * Provide guidance, clarify technical questions, and support customer service, laboratory staff, and customers. * Lead and coordinate all laboratory activities with a broad, strategic, and systemic view of processes; * Promote rational use of available materials and cost reduction in production; * Ensure all employees are trained according to SOPs and implement a training program for the team, including recordkeeping; * Comply fully with RDC 67/07; * Input, update, and report to SNGP, as well as comply with all rules stipulated in Ordinance 344/98; * Inventory control — raw materials — Laboratory, including controlled substances, SIPROQUIM, and Federal Police records; * Develop and monitor production indicators; * Monitor and address customer complaints regarding formulations; * Implement process improvements; * Monitor the work and performance of each team member, including adherence to scheduled working hours, punctuality, proper use of uniforms and PPEs, professional conduct and demeanor, interpersonal treatment with colleagues, ethics, and interpersonal relationships. * Conduct team performance and productivity evaluations, provide feedback, and develop action plans if necessary; * Monitor the probationary period of new employees together with the team; * Develop and promote team campaigns aimed at improving results and team satisfaction. * Participate in the selection process of candidates for your department, jointly with HR; * Carry out employee termination when necessary; * Plan the team’s annual vacation schedule, validating it with HR; * Keep all relevant documents, reports, and records up to date;
